All bonuses and promotional offers made available through bd11 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and free spins are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been activated or wagered within the specified period will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event that bd11 makes an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to erroneously low odds caused by a data feed failure — bd11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Palpable errors" in odds will be corrected and bets settled at the correct price or voided at bd11's discretion.
